Our KYA Programme has been working tirelessly to empower principally black female youth and prepare them for the job market. Our comprehensive training and coaching program is designed to ensure their successful entry into the industrial workplace.
We're proud to announce that we're expanding the scope of our training to include individuals with disabilities, particularly those who are deaf, and ensuring their successful integration into the workplace.
Our goal is to assist and deliver maximum benefit to companies that contribute to B-BBEE Skill Development through our KYA Programme. Join us in our mission to create a more inclusive and diverse workplace.
To create a credible Training Academy providing comprehensive training in both professional and personal skillsets, to predominantly black female and disabled youth.
In addition to enabling programme graduates to enter the workforce as personally empowered and suitably equipped individuals, the Academy will also seek to achieve transformation within the industry by supplying candidates for employment from the desired designated groups.
Technical skills development and empowerment of black youth, principally female and disabled, through training and coaching, rendering them employable individuals with the desirable skills to enter the workplace.
